    • Orders are accepted through our website.

    • Payment is required at the time of order.

    • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

    • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including delivery address, contact information, and selected dates.

    • We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

    Customer Accounts

    • You may create an account on our website to make ordering easier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.

    • Cookies de Fleur reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we believe there has been misuse or violation of our policies.

    Refunds & Returns

    • Due to the nature of perishable goods, all sales are final.

    • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and address the issue.

    Delivery & Pickup

    • Local pickup and delivery only within Washington, DC.

    • Delivery fees may apply. Delivery windows are approximate; we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

    • Customers must be available to receive delivery during the selected window. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details.

    • Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

    Allergens & Health Disclaimer

    • Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that also processes wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

    • Made in a Cottage Food Business that is not subject to routine government food safety inspection.

    • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase.

    Product Variability
    As all products are handmade, slight variations in appearance and presentation may occur.

    Limitation of Liability
    Cookies de Fleur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products or use of our website.

  • Refunds

    • Because our products are perishable and baked to order, all sales are final.

    • If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and address the issue.

    Delivery & Pickup

    • We currently deliver within Washington, DC only.

    • Orders outside this area cannot be fulfilled.

    • Delivery fees may apply based on distance or order size.

    • Pickup times are communicated at checkout. Please arrive promptly, as items are freshly baked.

    Delivery Attempts

    • We will make one delivery attempt during the scheduled window. If no one is available, the order will be left at the delivery location and a photo will be taken as proof of delivery.

    • If delivery is not possible (e.g., unsafe conditions or restricted access), the order will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

    • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

    Customer Responsibility

    • Once cookies are handed off or delivered, Cookies de Fleur is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery or pickup.
