Order Requests & Payment

• Orders submitted through our website are order requests and are subject to confirmation by Cookies de Fleur.

• Payment is required when an order request is submitted.

• Submission and payment do not guarantee fulfillment.

• We aim to review and confirm order requests within 24 hours.

• Your order is considered confirmed once Cookies de Fleur has reviewed and accepted your request.

• If we are unable to confirm your order request, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

• We reserve the right to decline an order request due to availability, scheduling, service-area limitations, product availability, suspected fraud, safety concerns, policy violations, or other operational limitations, as permitted by law.

• Order requests must generally be submitted at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery is available within Washington, DC only.

• Customers outside Washington, DC may submit an order request for pickup within Washington, DC.

• All orders must be fulfilled within Washington, DC.

• Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

• Pickup and delivery dates are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Delivery windows are approximate. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible during the confirmed delivery window.

Allergens & Food Safety

Our kitchen handles ingredients including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

While individual products may not contain every allergen listed above, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen cross-contact.

Products identified as gluten-free are prepared in the same kitchen as products containing wheat and cannot be guaranteed free from cross-contact with gluten.

Delivery

• We currently offer delivery within Washington, DC only.

• Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and may vary based on the order.

• Delivery windows are approximate. Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible during your selected window and that the address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate.

Delivery Attempts

• We will make one delivery attempt during the scheduled delivery window.

• If no one is available to receive the order, we may leave it in a reasonably safe location at the delivery address and provide confirmation of delivery when possible.

• If delivery cannot be completed because of restricted access, an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or another issue outside our control, the order may be considered fulfilled and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Pickup

• Pickup is available within Washington, DC.

• Customers who live outside the District are welcome to place an order for pickup in DC.

• Pickup details will be provided with your order confirmation. Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window, as each order is prepared specifically for its scheduled fulfillment date.

• Orders that are not picked up as scheduled may not be eligible for a refund, remake, or replacement.

After Fulfillment

• Once an order has been delivered or picked up, Cookies de Fleur is not responsible for damage or changes in product quality caused by improper handling, transportation, temperature, or storage.
