We’ll follow up shortly to confirm your order and finalize the details.

4. Savor the experience
Each cookie is baked to order and ready to be savored or shared.

  • ✿ How do I place an order?

    Place your order directly through our Order Request Form by selecting your cookies, pickup date, and delivery preference at checkout. Each order is reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours.

  • ✿ Do you ship?

    We currently offer local delivery within Washington, DC for a flat fee. At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping.

  • ✿ Do you deliver?

    Yes! Local delivery is available within DC.

    • Orders under $50: $12 delivery fee
    • Orders $50+: Complimentary delivery

  • ✿ Where can I get your cookies?

    All cookies are baked to order. Quantities are limited each week and released through The Sixth or our Standard Collection. Follow along for early access to new drops.

  • ✿ Are your cookies allergy-friendly?

    Our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, eggs, and different types of nuts. While some cookies may not contain certain allergens, we cannot guarantee 100% cross-contact safety. Each cookie’s ingredients can be found on its label.

  • ✿ What are your policies on refunds?

    All sales are final since our cookies are perishable and baked to order. For full details, please see our Policies page.

  • ✿ What is The Sixth?

    A rotating duo of experimental flavors — available for a limited time each month. Always changing. Always indulgent. Never repeated.

  • ✿ Can I order past Sixth Collection flavors?

    Yes! Through our Flavor Encore Collections. Any cookie from the rotating lineup can make a comeback, baked fresh just for you. Encore Bakes are available by the dozen only ($55), since each recipe is crafted in a single batch. Think of it as a special order for your favorites, whenever the craving strikes.

  • ✿ What is the Fleur Box?

    Our signature sharing box. Designed for events, gifting, or indulgent moments. Available as a curated offering for select orders and events.

  • ✿ Do you offer custom, catering, or event orders?

    Yes! We are nationally and locally certified as Food Protection Managers.

  • ✿ Is Cookies de Fleur a licensed business?

    Cookies de Fleur is a registered DC Cottage Food Business. All products are prepared in accordance with DC Cottage Food Law guidelines. Our DC registry number is 25-015.
